Cops

It's hard to see in this photo because I was forced to take it with my phone, but what you have here is a park police patrol vehicle driving on the "environmentally sensitive" area. You see, here in Ithaca the park police are extremely concerned about dogs going off-leash and they will do almost anything to ticket a dog owner straying from the rules. There was a news article written about the abuses of the police, but the paper refused to print it. I'm kind of glad because I was one of the few witnesses that came forward to speak out against the cops. You don't want to get on the wrong side of the fine law enforcement professionals in your home town.
